This site specifically provides information for homeowners who may or may not qualify for the HARP 2.0 Program currently sponsored by the Federal Government. The 3 Steps on the home page allow you to check if your loan is eligible to refinance; it does not imply your loan will be approved.  Harp Loan Direct is a registered & licensed “DBA” of Elite Equity Consultants, Inc.  Harp Loan Direct is a licensed mortgage brokerage specializing in assisting homeowners refinance into loans with lower rates and/or lower terms, no matter how upside down said homeowners may be. Information collected  via our “Harp 2.0 Application” is used to help Loan Officers pre-qualify the homeowner.  Loan approval is contingent upon satisfactory guidelines set by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac as well as our lending partners.

There is no cost or obligation to submit a request or to speak with loan officers to review your loan application and credit profile. This site does not charge you, the consumer, a fee for its services.
